Being in the regenerative society is not only about taking care of the planet. Sure, you have to make changes to your life to accommodate the thought of having a better and healthier future, but you also have to start taking care of your own body.
The human body has thousands of things that it has to deal during the day and one of the biggest problems everyone in the society today has to deal with is stress. Stress can be an enormous challenge for the health of an individual. The more people stress, the worse their health becomes, and you can’t substitute a stress-free life with a healthy diet, it just does not work like that.
So, in order to have a better life, live longer and have a stronger connection with the earth, you have to start having a relationship with yourself in the first place.
The more we try to ignore the problems the worse they become, so here is an excellent way to help us deal with stress and work on our mental health in the future, for our future.
The meditation process is highly regenerative on the mind. While the outside world is always rushing and under duress, the inside of our minds needs to stay clear and unburdened.
That is why meditating can be a highly sought out skill for people that want to start connecting with the earth. While we don’t have a particular method to suggest to you as there are many different ways and some work better for one set of people while it does not help the other we urge you to start meditating as soon as possible.
If you have decided to reconnect with the world and to start caring for it than you first have to take care and connect with yourself. Vladislav Davidzon has some amazing courses on this so make sure to check them out.
Begin accepting things as they are
Everyone wants to learn new things and to get to the bottom of every idea. But the world has so much information that if we wanted to absorb it all, we would need several lifetimes.
To understand the world and to be able to be a part of it, you don’t need to know everything, and you don’t need to be a part of everything. We support broadening the mind and learning new things; it’s just that people need to stop overthinking everything. Not everything is meant to be understood or needs to be analyzed. Some things are best left as they are or accepted as they are. You can’t change everything around you; you can only change yourself!
